1- If you are a Physical Person, in accessing or using our Services, you declare and guarantee that you are under 18 years of age and are legally authorized to use the Services. If you are accessing or using our Services in the name of a legal entity (for example, corporate clients or institutions), you declare and guarantee that such legal entity is: duly organized and validly existing under the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of your organization ; You are duly authorized by such legal entity to act in your name; such legal entity agrees to be responsible for any violation of these Terms; and you have not been suspended or removed previously from the ORANGEXFOREST Platform or two Services.
2-PROHIBITED BUSINESSES
Any use of our Services in connection with any of the following categories of activities or businesses that are prohibited (“Prohibited Businesses”), and we reserve the right to monitor your transactions or accounts at any time for the purpose of complying with this Section 3.1 :
(a) unlicensed financial services companies, including, but not limited to, payment service providers, selling payment orders or administrative checks or quaisquer money transmission activities;
(b) banks or financial institutions that do not maintain a physical presence in any country (a “Front Bank”) or that have activities or financial services that do not maintain compliance with, or that fariam with, that ORANGEXFOREST or its affiliates violate any laws , regulations or other authorities you apply;
(c) adult content and services, including, but not limited to, any type of pornography and other obscene materials (including literature, images and other media), or sites that offer quaisquer services related to sex, such as prostitution, escorts, pay- per-view ou bate-papo ao vivo resources for adults;
(d) misleading marketing or misleading advertising services;
(e) religious and/or spiritual organizations;

(g) certain regulated products and services, including, but not limited to, medical dispensaries and businesses
3- Users must verify all transaction information before submitting an Order. Users acknowledge and agree that it is the exclusive responsibility of the User to guarantee the validity and accuracy of an Order, including the details of the recipient of quaisquer Assets. ORANGEXFOREST will not be responsible for the consequences of the User not providing valid and accurate information to place an Order.
